Chef Sophie

Sophie has become quite the little helper in the kitchen. She loves my parmesan chicken cutlets and now she knows how to make them too! We made a small batch, 2 pounds of cutlets, and Sophie dipped and breaded them all. Then she squeezed the lemons for the sauce, added fresh ground pepper, and mixed it with olive oil.

For now she had to be content to watch Dad fry the cutlets; after all she's only 6 and probably not ready to play with hot oil and butter. But she did cut me chunks of butter and she watched intently to make sure that I didn't burn them.

The recipe is posted on my blog. It's really quite easy to make and everyone seems to like it.
